CertPact provides a platform for general contractors to manage subcontractor compliance documentation, including certificates of insurance, lien waivers, and W-9 forms. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
CertPact offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
CertPact provides compliance tracking tools to assist you, but is not a licensed legal, insurance, or financial advisor. You are responsible for ensuring your compliance obligations are met.
